Not KV Web Solutions we only have Dedicated Servers to insure data security and privacy for all our customers.

You may add email accounts any time you need to just login to cpanel and on the mail tab go to Email Accounts.
If you can't add any more accounts that is because you have used up all available accounts for your hosting plan.
